Phase 1 focused on testing program concepts and building early student engagement through pilot initiatives.
During this phase, Colpkin Cares supported the launch of its first esports pilot program. The pilot brought together students interested in competitive gaming, media production, and collaborative learning within a structured environment.
Participants developed skills in teamwork, communication, discipline, and technical problem solving while also gaining exposure to media production, content creation, and organized competition. The pilot also helped demonstrate how esports can serve as an entry point into broader STEAM learning and workforce pathways.
The lessons learned during this phase helped shape the structure of future programs and partnerships, providing valuable insight into how schools and communities can develop similar opportunities.

Phase 3 - Regional Program Infrastructure
Status: Planning and Preperation
The third phase focuses on developing the infrastructure needed to support larger scale programming and regional collaboration.

Phase 4 - National & International Sized Infrastructure & Programming
Status: Long Term
The fourth phase represents the long term vision of Colpkin Cares.
This phase includes the development of world class facilities capable of hosting large scale competitions, national events, and international programming opportunities, including future Olympic aligned esports competitions.
These facilities would support high level training environments, broadcast ready competition spaces, and collaborative innovation programs that connect students with global opportunities.
Looking Ahead
Colpkin Cares believes meaningful impact comes from steady progress and strong partnerships. Each phase builds upon the lessons of the previous one, ensuring programs grow in a way that remains sustainable, responsible, and aligned with student needs.
The long term goal is simple: create pathways where students can learn, compete, create, and build futures connected to the industries shaping tomorrow.
