Facilities Support
Colpkin Cares is actively exploring facility opportunities that enable the delivery of structured student programs while supporting broader community engagement. We seek flexible, multi-use space that supports supervised learning environments, collaboration, and responsible program growth.
Computing & Esports
- Approximately 3,500 square feet to support a 60-station computer lab, designed to accommodate esports, coding, and digital learning with capacity for future growth
Media, Broadcasting & Production
Approximately 4,000 square feet of studio and production space
Approximately 1,000 square feet for a broadcasting booth
Approximately 1,000 square feet for a sound and radio booth
Two single-room streaming and production spaces
Learning, Offices & Program Support
Approximately 3,000 square feet of office and administrative space
Two classrooms and two meeting rooms supporting instruction, training, and collaboration
Makerspace & Technical Labs
- Approximately 1,500 square feet dedicated to robotics, fabrication, drones, and hands-on STEAM learning
Community & Events
At least a 10,000 square feet designated as an Event & Competition Arena, designed as a flexible, multi-use space for student competitions, showcases, broadcasts, and community events, with student programming as the priority use
A public-facing café with kitchen and seating supporting programming and events
A concession stand supporting student activities and community gatherings
These estimates represent functional program needs and may be met through phased occupancy, shared-use partnerships, or adaptive reuse. Colpkin Cares welcomes collaboration with property owners, school districts, municipalities, and community organizations to identify solutions aligned with mutual goals.

High-quality programs depend on access to appropriate tools, technology, and infrastructure. In-kind equipment support strengthens program delivery while reducing barriers to participation.
